Kathryn Russo, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner and founder of KDR Aesthetics + Wellness, with clinical locations in Boston and Newton, Massachusetts. She has dedicated her career to advancing aesthetic and regenerative medicine through clinical excellence, continued medical education, and the thoughtful integration of innovative, evidence-based treatments within a medically supervised, patient-centered framework.
Kathryn began her career in aesthetic medicine in 2009, specializing in non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures, including neuromodulator therapy, dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin (PRP/PRF) therapies. As the field of aesthetic medicine has evolved, she has continued to expand her clinical training and treatment offerings, incorporating advanced regenerative procedures such as the O-Shot® and P-shot. In addition to aesthetic medicine, Kathryn specializes in hormone replacement therapy, including pellet therapy, and has integrated hormone optimization and peptide therapy into her clinical practice for more than a decade. Through her comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered approach, she has developed a highly loyal and longstanding patient following.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner, Kathryn has practiced in healthcare systems affiliated with some of the nation’s leading academic medical institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with advanced practice certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing clinical standards and integrating evolving evidence-based practices into aesthetic and wellness medicine while cultivating a loyal and growing patient community through compassionate, personalized care.
Kathryn is a founding member of AMP MA, an organization dedicated to promoting professional collaboration and the responsible advancement of aesthetic medicine. She is a strong advocate for increased awareness and clarity surrounding scope of practice, emphasizing the importance of standardized education, provider accountability, and patient safety. Through AMP MA, she collaborates with fellow aesthetic nurses and advanced practice providers to support ethical clinical practice, strengthen professional governance, and uphold high standards of care as the specialty continues to evolve.
Grace Sambrook
Client Success & Clinical Operations Manager at Boston & Newton
Grace Sambrook grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and played Division I field hockey while earning her degree in Communications at Wake Forest University. She joined KDR Aesthetics + Wellness at the end of 2022 and now serves as the Clinical Care Coordinator and the Newton & Boston Operations Manager.
Grace supports patients through their care journey, working closely with providers to help coordinate treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up care. She also helps manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Known for her warm and thoughtful approach, Grace is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every client while supporting the team in delivering high-quality care.
Alicia Herlihy
MSN, FNP
Alicia is a family nurse practitioner with 10 years of healthcare experience and a background in surgery and internal medicine. Her focus is achieving desirable results with a natural approach, leaving patients feeling and looking their best. She is dedicated to researching and practicing the safest and most advanced clinical approaches to all therapies.
Services offered include injectables, PRP, hormone therapy, weight loss, laser treatment, chemical peels, and IV infusions. Favorite treatments include PRP and Vi Peel for a refreshed look with little downtime, and injectable NAD for its anti-aging and cognitive boost.
You can find Alicia in the Boston office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Elizabeth (Liz) O'Hearn
LME, BSC, RN
Liz O’Hearn is an experienced Medical Aesthetician who leads the Service Provider Team. She specializes in laser treatments and is dedicated to consistent, results-driven care. With years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, she provides safe and effective treatments for all skin types and conditions.
Liz also offers body contouring and skin tightening treatments using RF and laser needling technology. You can find Liz in the Newton office on Wednesdays from 10am–5pm and some Saturdays.
Paraskevi (Pari) Totikidis
Medical Aesthetician
Paraskevi (Pari) is a licensed esthetician at KDR MedSpa + Wellness with a passion for advanced skincare, skin health, and creating meaningful results that help clients feel confident in their skin. A graduate of the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, she approaches each treatment with intention, precision, and a genuine commitment to understanding every client’s unique skin and goals.
Currently pursuing her degree at Boston College, Paraskevi brings ambition and curiosity to her career and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge of the latest techniques and advancements in aesthetics. Known for being attentive, personable, and detail-oriented, she believes the best results begin with truly listening to her clients and creating a personalized, results-driven experience that leaves them feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about caring for their skin.
